The final construction step involves attaching your hammock hooks. Measure and mark the optimal height for your hammock on each 'V' structure. Drill a hole and screw in your hammock hooks. Make sure they're securely fastened before attaching your hammock.

Your DIY hammock stand is now ready for use. But before you start relaxing, consider adding some finishing touches. Sanding the wood and applying a wood stain or paint can enhance the look and longevity of your stand. You might also consider adding some pillows or a canopy for added comfort.
